Juvenile Peregrine Falcon flying over the Stateline Lookout, Palisades Interstate Park, New Jersey:

This photograph was taken about a week after this peregrine left the nest/erie. It was fun to watch this young bird to get better in flying with each day. Here, you can see its beautiful fresh underwing feathers. Don’t you love the juvenile plumage of the peregrines?
