Ahh, the annual Spring songbird migration! 🤩

Here is the main culprit of my absence last year 😬 Warblers!!!

As mentioned few days ago, I took a different route in 2020 to make it more challenging and at the same time more exciting for myself. One of the main changes I’ve made was to stop relying on so called hotspots, and others reports, and find new grounds for myself. Days were filled with long hikes to unknown territories but as you can see, I managed to find some birds too! I will be sharing more shots from these outings in upcoming days.

In the meantime, I would like to remind you that we have just few weeks left before warblers arrive in Northern NJ. Note to myself, it is time to start studying their songs again! 🙈😋
